Informational Resources
New Jersey Childcare Subsidy Program
Appletree Preschool accepts New Jersey state childcare subsidies at all locations. Eligibility and approval are determined by the State of New Jersey. Families who plan to use a subsidy are encouraged to contact their school’s administrative team for guidance during enrollment.
Early Intervention Services (Birth–3 Years)
Early Intervention services are available for children from birth to age three who may benefit from additional developmental support. Services are coordinated through the State of New Jersey and may include evaluations and therapeutic services. Families may speak with their pediatrician or local Early Intervention office for more information.
Child Study Teams (Ages 3 and Older)
For children ages three and older, local school districts offer support through Child Study Teams. These teams may conduct evaluations and provide recommendations or services to support a child’s learning and development. Families can contact their town’s school district directly for additional information.

If you are unsure which forms are required, your school’s administrative team will be happy to assist. Forms are provided for convenience and must be completed in accordance with New Jersey state requirements.
