Q. What ages does Appletree Preschool cater to?
A. Appletree Preschool accepts children from the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years. In order to offer the best care possible, we tailor the curriculum and each classroom to the specific needs of the age group.

Q. When does Appletree accept applications?
A. Appletree Preschool accepts applications all year round. Please keep in mind that space is limited. Therefore, we encourage families to submit their application sooner rather than later.

Q. I would like to enroll my child into Appletree Preschool. What steps should I take next?
A. Please complete an application and submit it with the $100.00 non-refundable registration fee. You will also have to submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate, most recent physical and immunization records. The application, universal health form and A-45 health form are all available in the Resources section of our website.

Q. Am I still responsible for the full month’s tuition if my child is absent for a few days?
A. Parents are responsible to pay for the full month’s tuition chosen regardless of holidays, inclement weather and student absences.

Q. What should my child bring on the first day of school?
A. Please bring the following: lunch/snacks, extra clothing, diapers and wipes (if not potty trained), a sheet and a blanket. All items must be labeled with your child’s name or initials.

Q. What is your student to staff ratio?
A. Our ratios vary depending on the age group of the children and we comply with state regulations at all times:

Q. How are parents notified of school closings?
A. Upon registration, parents are given a list of all major holiday closings during the school year. In case of inclement weather, we will notify the parents by email that morning of any delays/closings. A recording will also be left on our general mailbox with current information.
